Terms and Conditions

TICKETS

  • If you have questions about tickets or registration, please email us at events@intgs.org

 

  • VIP attendees are entitled to preferred admission at all venues and International Guitar Summit shall not be liable to other attendees denied admission due to preferential treatment of VIP attendees.

 

  • Admission to any venue may be restricted due to capacity limits and neither the venue nor International Guitar Summit shall be responsible for compensating any attendee turned away due to overcapacity.

 

  • International Guitar Summit is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets, passes or wristbands.

 

  • Each ticket or pass must be exchanged for the related wristband for admission to any International Guitar Summit show.  The wristband must be worn securely during attendance at each show throughout the event and is not transferable or replaceable.

 

  • Attendee bears all risk of any personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event.

 

  • By virtue of attendance, each attendee (or his or her guardian, if attendee is a minor) provides permission to International Guitar Summit to use the attendee’s image or likeness incidental to any photography, video display, transmission or recording of the event

 

 

  • The Lineup is subject to change. Artist cancellation or changes in lineup are not grounds for refund

 

  • International Guitar Summit reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, or local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed at the sole discretion of International Guitar Summit to be illegal, disorderly or offensive and International Guitar Summit shall not be obligated to refund any portion of the admission purchase price as a result of such action

 

  • Quantities of all tickets and passes are limited

 

  • No refunds or exchanges.
